Invitation to Commercial Indoor Exhibitors

Greetings from the Peoria Superfest 2017 Committee!

Commercial Exhibitors and Vendors are invited to participate again this September at Peoria Superfest 2017. This event occurs Saturday, September 16th and Sunday, September 17th and is the largest and oldest such event in downstate Illinois. We are soliciting Quality Vendors selling electronics, computer equipment, software, radios, CB equipment, antennas, and all related accessories for this event.

This event is held at the Exposition Gardens Fairgrounds on Northmoor Road in Peoria,  Indoor Commercial Vendors should plan to exhibit their products both days (Saturday and Sunday).


The commercial buildings open to the public at 8 a.m. both days, and closes at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, and at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Friday afternoon is reserved for set-up, with only outdoor “flea market” or tailgating sales occur on Friday. Indoor Commercial Exhibitor setup is encouraged starting at 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday.  Additional indoor set-up time is provided Saturday morning from 6:30 to 8:00 a.m., and on Sunday from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m.

Please include your payment or submit a payment via PayPal on the internet or email your specific requirements to .  Indoor commercial table prices for the two days of indoor sales (Sat & Sun) include tables overnight security service, and 1 Vendor ID per table (up to 4 ).

Advance  admission Tickets are additional at $7.00 each. Each vendor person must have a PAID ADMISSION ticket for entrance to Superfest.  Tickets at the gate will be $10.00.  Table locations will be assigned once payment is received, on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Commercial Exhibitors can pay for their spaces via PayPal, and to receive email notification of their assignments.  You will still need to send us any specific requirements via an email, or by U.S. mail. Please be sure to include your name, address, email address, and telephone number, so we can contact you if we need more information.

We will mail your paid Admission Tickets and other logistical information in advance of the event.

To select more than one item, please alter the quantity in your shopping basket.  Click on the PayPal icon and you will then be sent to PayPal to pay for your order.  Remember, you do not need a PayPal account to complete your order.  The “Pay by Credit Card” option is near the bottom of the page.
