Gates will CLOSE at 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and will OPEN at 7:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday mornings
- Friday
- 9:00am – Indoor vendor table setup.
- 10:00am (as close as we can get to it) – Indoor Vendor setup begins.
- 12:00pm – Flea market vendor setup begins – Flea Market spaces will be available for purchase, so beat the Saturday morning crowd and come on out.
- 7:00pm – Setup ends.
- 10:00pm – Gates close for the night.
- Saturday
- 7:00am – Gates open – indoor vendors can get in the Pavilion.
- 8:00am – Pavilion Opens
- 8:30am – First forum in Chapel
- 9:00am – Hourly drawings begin.
- 10:00am – DXCC Card Checking – Mark Suhs W9WGN – Pavilion
- 10:00am – Second forum in Chapel
- 11:30am – Third forum in Chapel
- 12:00pm – License Testing – bring a picture ID, your FCC FRN and a copy of your license (if upgrading). Test fee is $15.00: Museum
- 1:00pm – Fourth forum in Chapel
- 2:30pm – Fifth forum in Chapel
- 3:45pm – Saturday 50/50 drawing
- 4:00pm – Pavilion closes
- 7:00pm – Flea market closes
- 10:00pm – Gates close for the night.
- Sunday
- 7:00am – Gates open – indoor vendors can get in Pavilion.
- 8:00am – Pavilion Opens
- 9:00am – Hourly Drawings begin.
- 10:00am – Go-Kit Competition in Museum
- 12:30pm – 50/50 drawing
- 1:00pm – Grand prize drawing followed by rapid fire of hourly prizes not claimed.
- 1:30pm – tear down and clean up as vendors leave.
